I turn chaos into clarity, then clarity into something real.
For fifteen years, founders and executives came to me when they were stuck: on a product, a strategy, a wall of information that wouldn't cohere. Now I'm building the thing I always was for them: Figaro, the system of record and judgment for companies run with AI. They trace calls; we trace decisions.
What do you want to build?Building Figaro
I bootstrapped a premium skincare brand to $12M in sales. Today I run it through Figaro with a two-person team. The agents run the operations; we keep the attention, taste, and judgment.
Figaro now carries four engagements on the same governing surface: e-commerce, two agencies, a private-equity firm's quarterly reporting, and a 500-person manufacturing company. Every decision recorded, gated, and graded. Next: opening that surface as a developer platform, so any company can build its own custom software with the gate and the ledger born in. Powered by Figaro.

The Story
I've built and acquired products for Fortune 500s like Panasonic, Estée Lauder, and NVIDIA, bootstrapped an intimate wellness brand to $12M in sales, worked with venture firms from Sand Hill Road to Tel Aviv, helped launch a startup in its first months that later hit a billion-dollar valuation, and raised capital for a company that later went public via SPAC. I co-founded TEDxSF and have produced immersive experiences at Burning Man, Wisdome LA, and the Palace of Fine Arts. I won a car at a hackathon. I moonlight as a DJ.
The thread through all of it: I keep ending up in rooms where something ambitious is stuck, and I tend to be useful there. I synthesize, clarify, and build — usually faster than expected. These days that work has a name: Figaro.
I also built a place in Montana where people come to finish things. Ask me about it.

Describe the project, problem, or idea. The more detail, the better.
I'll probably just build it and send you a link.
